Protecting client confidentiality is a fundamental responsibility of every CareProvide employee.

CareProvide maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, loss, theft, or destruction.

- Secure CareAdmin client management system
- Google Workspace business environment
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Role-based access controls
- Password-protected computers and devices
- Encryption of sensitive electronic information where supported by our systems

While no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, CareProvide continually works to maintain safeguards consistent with industry best practices.
Record Retention
CareProvide retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, regulatory, operational, and clinical requirements.
Inactive client records are generally typically retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the conclusion of services, or longer where required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.

If CareProvide becomes aware of a privacy incident involving personal information, we will promptly investigate the matter, take appropriate containment and corrective measures, and comply with all applicable legal notification and reporting requirements where required by law
