During Your Shift

During your shift, remember to:

  • Don’t give personal contact information to clients, refer them to our Administrative Office if asked.
  • Update or call our Administrative Office if the client requests changes.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling according to the client’s living arrangements.

Reporting After Your Shift

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality care, we need you to complete a Client Progress Report after every shift. This process helps us stay on top of client care and quickly address any concerns. Let’s walk you through the steps.

1. Log into the CareAdmin Portal:

  • Access the CareAdmin Portal: After finishing your shift, log into the CareAdmin portal using the email and password you set up during your onboarding.
  • Client Progress Report: Navigate to My Past Shifts in the Dashboard, select the client for the progress report, and click “Submit Report” in the upper-right corner. Then, fill out all required fields in the form.

2. Complete the Client Progress Report:

  • Report Details: The report should cover all important aspects of the shift, including:
    • Client status and well-being.
    • Any observations or changes in behavior.
    • Details about care provided.
    • Any issues or challenges that arose during the shift.
  • Why It Matters: Filling out this report helps ensure that we maintain high-quality care and can quickly address any issues or changes in the client’s condition. It also helps your Care Coordinator stay informed and provide any additional support needed.

3. Review and Submit:

  • Double Check: Before submitting, review the information to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
  • Submit: Once everything is reviewed, submit the report. This will update the client’s record and allow the CareProvide team to take any necessary actions.

4. Ongoing Support and Updates:

  • Stay Updated: We encourage you to regularly review the CareProvide portal to keep yourself informed on client updates, new procedures, and any additional training materials that may be available.
